Our team of dedicated consultants delivers award-winning PR, social media and experiential arts communications campaigns across the Asia Pacific region and internationally. Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and implementing integrated campaigns across public relations, social media and digital platforms for a range of clients in the arts and culture sector. You need to know how to make the right kind of noise. Project management and team leadership skills are expected. A business development mindset is essential. We don’t mind if you have in-house or agency experience – we’re dedicated to hiring the right talent for the role.

 

As an Account Manager, most of your day will involve the following tasks:

  • Plan and execution of integrated PR strategies for brands
  • Devise creative integrated campaigns
  • Craft impactful messaging for press releases, social media and marketing
  • Client timelines and expectations monitoring
  • Proactive media and influencer engagement
  • Handling of media enquiries and photo shootings
  • PR and marketing event management
  • Social media content and platform management
  • Brand monitoring, analysis and reporting
  • Build media network and business development

Requirements

  • 5 years’ PR experience or relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, or above, in communications, journalism or related field
  • Native English or Chinese speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong networking, communication and presentation skills
  • Established media and KOL contacts would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proactive, creative, enthusiastic team player
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Experience in social media management

Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Senior Account Executive role.
